Your Midlife Glow Up Starts Here

My Mission: 

I help busy midlife women lose weight, regain energy, and feel amazing in their own skin by creating simple, sustainable habits that restore their confidence and help them finally feel alive again.

My Story:
Like many, I once found myself fixated on a number that defined my self worth. I spent years in the exhausting cycle of labeling food as good or bad, constantly counting calories and pushing my body to its limits. I ran many 1/2 marathons and two marathons, without ever feeling truly healthy.  This went on for years. After breaking my ankle and gaining 15 pounds, I made a powerful decision: it was to embrace nutrition. By learning how to eat for energy and vitality, I transformed my life. Now, I focus on strength, confidence, and feeling amazing and free from the scale's grip.  It's time to learn how to eat to feel your best.

Fun Facts about me

  • I love hiking and walking outside, in all kinds of weather.

  • My favorite place is the Grand Tetons 

  • I didn't start riding horses until I was 40. 

  • We have 3 horses, 2 dogs, 8 chickens and 7 cats.

  • I spend  many, many hours on bleachers watching my kids do all kinds of sports and other activities.

  • I have always been interested in health since I started working nursing at age 18. 

  • I enjoy tea time with my cat most evenings ( or she gets angry).

  • I am fully committed to my health and to your health.​
